Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide. All payments must be complete before we ship your order.
Products for delivery within Germany are shipped directly from Latexa, our manufacturer in that country.
You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.
Delivery time for all items approximately 3-5 weeks except for chlorinated items (which requires more time for processing). These can take up to 2 additional weeks (that is, up to 7 weeks from date of order).
Perhaps it can take an extra week in case of unforeseen circumstances (holidays and etc.).
If the customer's order includes items that are not in stock in our warehouse, we will send the order only after we receive the missing items from our manufacturer.
You will receive email notification as soon as your package is dispatched.
Although we do our utmost to ship your order quickly, we have no control over national or international postal systems.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee your order by a specific date.
Our packaging is discreet.
There are no identifying marks to indicate where the items were purchased or what it contains.
You may track your parcel at the Package Tracking Service.
Item prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping and handling are added to your order at checkout.
Rubber Loft products are shipped via Israel Post by registered mail with tracking number. All our parcels are insured.
We do not use courier services. Please make sure to fill out your postal address completely and accurately.
We are not responsible for orders that are not collected from the post office or for which an inaccurate address was provided.
In the event that an order is returned to us, we retain the right to charge for the additional shipping to resend the package.
Cancelling orders, returns and exchanges
Please review and understand our policies before you order. We will be happy to answer via email any questions you may have.
Clients may cancel any order, no questions asked, within 7 days of purchase. A 20% surcharge to cover administrative and production costs will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice.
Orders that have already been filled and shipped cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchange
We strive to make sure that all products are inspected carefully and sent out in perfect condition.
Because all our garments are made to order, we regret that we accept returns only in the case of defective products. Manufacturing defects will be repaired or changed at our own cost. Returns will not be accepted for any damage as a result of misuse or improper treatment of the products.
In the unlikely event that the merchandise is defective or damaged, you must notify Rubber Loft (via email) within 48 hours of receiving the order of items that are to be returned for repair or replacement.
Items must be returned within 7 days, in their original packaging. Returns will only be accepted if the item is new and without any indications of wear.
Please mark the customs declaration clearly that these are items being “Returned to Retailer” to prevent us from having to pay customs charges.
If your garment does not fit or you prefer a different color, we will gladly exchange it for one that is more suitable (size or color), provided you send it back within 14 days of receipt of the parcel in accordance with our rules.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with attached invoice and not damaged or stained. Please be advised that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
Please make sure to double-check sizes and colors before submitting your order.
Also for our clients’ safety, we will not, under any circumstances, accept exchanges of any of the following if they have been worn: panties, briefs, insertables, any item worn on the genitals, etc.
If a product is found defective and returned to us as requested, but cannot be repaired or replaced, Rubber Loft guarantees a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item by return mail.
Please remember that refunds are given only for items that have been returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
